1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI Office ("we", "us", "our"), including the website, dashboard, AI agents, and all connected services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI Office provides AI-powered agents for business tasks such as content support, communications, scheduling, bookkeeping summaries, wellness routines, proposals, invoicing, CRM support, and personal assistance.

AI Office is a productivity assistant. It does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, tax, or compliance advice.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the Service for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate registration information

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login secure
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Violations of these Terms

5. Subscriptions & Payment

5.1 Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.

You agree to pay the subscription fees displayed on our pricing page.

5.2 Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5.3 Cancellations

You may cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are not automatically issued, except where required by UK/EU consumer law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Use AI agents for harmful, illegal, or fraudulent activity
• Submit content that is abusive, hateful, or illegal
• Interfere with system performance

7. AI Outputs & Limitations

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them
• The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy
• We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated text

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not use your content to train public AI models.

9. Data Protection (UK/EU GDPR)

We process personal data lawfully and transparently.

10. Third‑Party Services

We integrate with:

• Stripe (payments)
• Supabase (authentication, database)
• Hosting & analytics providers

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third parties.

11. Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Perfect compatibility on all devices

Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Cause system risk or abuse
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may delete your account at any time.

13. Intellectual Property

All branding, UI, design, and underlying technology belong to AI Office.

You may not copy or replicate our:

• Branding
• Visual identity
• Agent designs
• Codebase

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We exclude liability for loss of income, business, or data
• AI outputs come with no accuracy guarantees

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• UK law if you reside in the UK
• EU law if you reside in the EU

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Major changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
